About Bob Dido

Bob Dido opened the doors of BLTC Group in 2011 with nearly 40 years of management experience behind him. The Queen’s University graduate began his career at Ford Motor Company of Canada as a Zone Parts Manager. After five years, Bob took the opportunity to continue his education at the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business.

Armed with a fresh MBA, he accepted a position with Royal Bank, where he quickly distinguished himself through his work with complex projects, big clients, and effective cash management consulting. Bob was integral in Royal Bank’s initiative to offer internet and electronic banking options, and worked to develop products for large corporations.

After 19 years, Bob left Royal Bank to work at Sierra Systems as Consulting Director. Here again, he distinguished himself as both an innovator and a problem-solver. Bob created the Sierra Systems Financial Services go-to-market strategy and designed the delivery of the full range of Sierra’s offerings, including management consulting, systems integration, and managed services solutions.

With BLTC Group, Bob Dido continues to deliver viable, customized, and innovative solutions for clients. He holds PMP (Project Management Professional) and CMC (Certified Management Consultant) professional designations.

While project management is a lifelong passion, Bob also enjoys golfing and occasionally hitting the slopes with his wife of 43 years.
